Business Development Executive
 
Job Description:

Responsibilities
The Business Development Director plays a key role in the continued inorganic growth of Destination Vertical. Primary responsibilities include:
* Provide business development leadership for various business segments
* Work closely with the business staff to support a wide range of business development activities, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing and alliances
* Develop and execute transactions to support the business by performing market analysis, identifying targets, leading due diligence efforts, and structuring/negotiating deals
* Prioritize global market segment requirements, perform gap analysis to current Destination Vertical portfolio, and define strategic and tactical stops to best position segment for accelerated growth
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a technical field, and a minimum of three years of business development / M&A experience in the areas of acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other investments, OR a minimum of ten years of business development / M&A experience in the areas of acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other investments
* Proven deal leadership skills with track record of successful closed deals
* Demonstrated experience analyzing and negotiating business transactions including acquisition evaluation, modeling and financial statement analysis
* Basic competency in tax and accounting
* Strong problem solving capability
* Ability to understand the various business unit goals and proactively identify inorganic opportunities to meet them
* Strong working knowledge of English language (oral and written)
* You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of past employment, criminal history, and educational background
* You must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex business issues
* Ability to work within a matrix organizational environment and to interact with executives at the most senior levels
* Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated team leadership / facilitation skills
